Return Process

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original Pangama branded packaging, ensuring all certificates and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange piece within 5-7 business days.
